OpenManage / Plugins / No Data Available
Hello,
I installed OpenManage Enterprise 4.1.0 (Build 237) on an internal network of my organization. I copied all the files from https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/. I built an internal website with all the updates. I gave a referral offline in OME. Can't see the plugins to install.
Ideas?
P.S. There is no permissions problem.
Thanks.

I figured out what was the problem. I'v create custom MIME Type for .json.asc
Add-WebConfigurationProperty -PSPath 'MACHINE/WEBROOT/APPHOST' -Filter "system.webServer/staticContent" -Name "." -Value @{ fileExtension='.json.asc'; mimeType='application/json' }
Thanks!

Hello,
You may see if the resolution on this post can resolve your issue:
https://dell.to/4cQnsJo
If it does not the can you post your directory structure so can check that out?
Also check some of our video guide for working with offline repository:

I copied the entire content of https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/
I don't see anything in "plugins"

Hello,
did you try the suggested solution to disable NFS shared folder?
Thanks

@DELL-Marco B I don't use NFS shared folder. Microsoft IIS only.
Thanks

Hello,
In IIS shares, it's common that .asc has to be added as a supported MIME file type
See the OpenManage Enterprise Offline Updates document
https://dell.to/3Yl64rT
No console upgrades presented for updates
1. Verify test connection to the share
2. Verify the folder structure matches the online structure
3. Redownload the lexingtonupdates.xml and don't open it on notepad++ or anything
4. If using IIS HTTP share, ensure MIME Types set for .asc and .xml
Also revisit the downloads folder structure. See attached image:
Folder:
/openmanate_enterprise/plugins subfolders and sub folders have files.
