Enterprise Client Warranty Information Missing

Hi - With the removal of the ability to bulk upload assets within Dell Warranty online I was looking to use our OpenManage Essentials server (v2.5) to retrieve this information, we currently use this for servers. We have used this in the past for OptiPlex, Latitude and Precision devices and I know it did show warranty information, but this was when we ran Windows 7 and used the Dell OMCI installation. We are now running Windows 10 with Dell Command | Monitor (10.4.0.65) installed, the devices are reporting correctly but there is no warranty information. Does this system allow for warranty information to be provided? I need to see which assets went out of warranty (oldest to latest) so we can plan a refresh of our client estate. Are you able to assist? - Thanks.

Hi,

 

I'm not sure that Openmanage Essential could correctly exchange warranty information with Dell Command Suite. Have/could you set up a VM with the new version called Openmanage Enterprise and test communication between this system management?
