Hi Ankur,
You can do that in single csv. Create a file as below and try it out:
Name,SubnetMask,DisplayName,
, , ,
, , ,

Hi Ankur, thanks for the query.
You can create a csv with IP ranges / hostnames and import them in OME. If you are using OME 2.3 or above, you can also export a sample range for csv format and use the same to create your copy.

Thanks for the reply.
The approach you suggested will only allow me to upload either Hostname or IP address. I would like to upload both. Is there any CSV format to achieve that.
