14G Servers inventory problems

Hi Community. 

I searched the forums but I didn't found any help on this issue. 

I came across some OME installs (2.2 and 2.4) where 14G server are not inventoried correctly. This causing us reporting problems, cause the 14G servers are missing Software Inventory Information section.

The only difference I was able to find between the two gen invertories that the data sources are diffferent.

In case of OME 2.2/2.4 for 13G we have: 

  •  Server Administrator 9.1.0
  • Server Administrator (Storage Manager)
  • Inventory Collector Agent
  • iDRAC8 Monolithic

In case of OME 2.2.2056 on 14G:

  •  Server Administrator 9.1.0
  • Server Administrator (Storage Manager)

In case of OME 2.4.0.930 on 14G:

  •  Server Administrator 9.1.0
  • Server Administrator (Storage Manager)
  • iDRAC9 Monolithic

Inventory Collector Component 17.12.200.139

 

Any ideas why is it happening? What could I do?
