OME - Keycloak OIDC registration failed

Please help to resolve this issue!

Keycloak OIDC connection test was successful but Registration Status Failed.

which version of OpenManage Enterprise are you using?

And what are the steps you follow to configure OpenID Connect in Keycloak?

OpenManage Enterprise version 3.10.

Already configured Keycloak user attribute, Client Mappers attribute as OME document.

Did you try to Enable OIDC provider?

Already activate multivalued and Enable OIDC provider but still error.

There are no known issues with Keycloak registration with OME 3.10, that we are aware of

We do not get many cases related to this issue, this likely to be the first

 

If you have already followed the steps in the documentation, then the only other possibility is version compatibility

 

Please confirm the Keycloak version that you are using.

Hi @DELL-Marco B,

OIDC registration working when update Keycloak to version 21.1.2.

Now i am facing OIDC login error "Invalid scope".

I already have added dxcua attribute in Keycloak client scopes.

Please help to fix this issue.

Hello,

sorry but I don't see what can cause the issue. As Dell technical support we cannot go deeper in the OIDC configuration, you should ask for a configuration ticket if you need some support on how to configure it

I mean try to call our technical support and check if they can escalate internally to the expert team, just call the Dell phone support as first step and check if our support can help you.
