NO items show in warranty page after discover

Discover completed, but no items show in warranty page.

Openmanage Enterprise version  3.10.2 (Build 13)

iDrac 9 version 6.10.80.00(Build 35)

Anyone can help?

  • It is possible that the warranty task has not run or has encountered an error. You can see the status of the warranty task by going to Monitor -> Jobs. If the task has failed, you may get an error message that says “Dell warranty URL not reachable”. If the task has not run, you can start it manually by choosing it and clicking Run Now.
  • Another possibility is that the devices you have found do not have valid warranties or service tags. You can check the service tags of your devices by going to Inventory -> Devices. If the service tags are wrong or missing, you can change them by selecting the device and clicking Edit Device. If the service tags are right, you can check the warranty status of your devices on Dell’s website by entering the service tag or using the Detect PC option.
  • A final possibility is that the warranty settings are not set up correctly in OpenManage Enterprise. You can review and change the warranty settings by going to Settings -> Warranty Settings. Here you can set the proxy server, email notification, and schedule options for the warranty task.

@Dell-ErmanO​ Thank you for the support, we found we can't connect to the "Access device warranty" address by default MTU 1500 on our laptop. Switch to 1472 is OK.

Then when I want to modify the MTU setting on OME I found there is no option to set this.

SSH to OME is disabled by default. What should I do now.
