Repairing Chromebook
I have heard that there is a training for repairing Chromebook. I work at a High School and we have a project going on with them. We repair Chromebook, just simple task like screen damage replacing batteries or resetting them etc.. I would like to know if there is a training class that is available to train my student and they can receive a certificate when completed. and can you send some information.
I am hoping that we can start up a training classing room. I would like to present it to our Administration.. Any information or direction would help.

Dell does have certificaiton to repair all types of clients, not specific to chromebooks. if you have control over the master account or if the master account can add your enterprise email to the list of admins that can send training to other people then the students should loggin here: https://education.dell.com/content/emc/en-us/home/dsp/myrecommtraining.html/
and they will see their training if you have deligated and assinged training. the client training should certify the students to work on any Dell client including Chromebooks. because Chormebooks are so easy to repair with the instructions set, and the CROSH and Chrome Flex is a community Opensouce project, you can train them once they certify. of course you must be certified as well by dell through the online modules. I believe you will have to pay for each training session. And remember other industry A+ and coursera etc training does not work in lue of Dell training.
