I keep receiving the error error=Issue-in-creating-user-session-key whenever I attempt login into education.dell.com

Unable to sign in to open a case?

If you cannot sign in to open a case, please call the CST team at one of the numbers below:

USA: Call 1 (800-782-4362) and say "Something else" at the menu

Worldwide: Call 1 (312-725-5401) and press 7 at the menu

When you're with CST, tell them you cannot sign in to open a case with Education Services.

Thank goodness I stopped by here as I thought it was only my account. Crossing fingers to have a resolution ASAP.

I have an exam voucher that's set to expire on August 1st, which is in three days. I’m currently struggling to complete my final lab work, and if this issue isn't resolved soon, I may need to request an extension.


I’ve been attempting to access my account for the past five days, and I faced a similar issue in the first week of July. My lab consistently prompts me for login credentials, even after I’ve logged into the Dell portal.

I hope this thread helps expedite the internal investigation so we can gain access to the portal. In the meantime, I have contacted my company's account manager to request an extension.

I have same issue logging in education.dell.com.
