Dell Edu Portal Issues

Clicking "Launch" opens a window/connection to the Dell Edu Portal "Saba" Cloud but then the wheel keeps spinning. Cannot access the course(s). Have over 5 paid courses, none of them launch. What is the problem ?

Cleared cookies, two different browsers, tried from work and  home!
