Cannot login to web console, changed domain admin password

So we had to change our domain admin password on Friday due to the VP of IT leaving and because there are so many different places to change it, I cannot get into the Dell Data Security Web Console. I tried the Superadmin and I had changed the password way back but I was stupid and didnt write it down (thought I knew it but guess not). Now I cannot get into the console to change the passwords of the connected domains. I am running Dell Security Management Server Virtual v10.0.0.29. Is there anyway to change the password with a script or update the domain credentials?

I am getting desperate and really dont want to blow the whole thing away. I have alot of policies I have setup and would have to have to figure out what they were.

Thanks!

Donna

Hi Donna!

It's good to see your name again :)

There are methods to recover the superadmin password after a domain password update. Sadly this is something that is server-specific and requires access to the underlying database for Dell Data Protection. If you do not have a ticket open with the Dell Data Security support team, that is the best way to go.

Feel free to DM me if you do have a ticket open, and we can work together to ensure we get you up and running as quickly as possible!
