Dell EMC NX440 Front and Back Scratches

Can anybody recommend on a product that can be applied to remove scratches from the front and back of the unit? When you google search they offer multiple DIY solutions but I wasn't sure which ones actually work.

Any professional advice is greatly appreciated!
