Recover missing DPA data collection

Hi,

Our DPA service was down for a week, so there was no report generated at all during this period. Is there a way for us to recover this missing period? I tried to manually generate a report for a missing period and just showing blank. Any idea?

If you haven't done so, open an SR with EMC.  I had the same thing happen in April.  Support got on a WebEx with me to run a backfill report for the missing days.  From what I could tell, the data I normally expected was there.

One thing to note is that historic data collection (backfill) can be challenging when a large amount of data is being generated.  In my case, we had to do a manual backfill for the first 2-3 days, then the second group of 2-3 days, until we finally collected all the data from the seven days I was lacking.
