Media Count Report issues
I created a Media Count by Pool and State report, to check the volumes availability by pool.
Yesterday we added 2 new media pools to our environment and labeled some volumes for those pools.
Nevertheless, the media count report does not show the new pools at all. (I used different window for the report: Now, Last Day, Last Week)
If you take the report selecting the new pools from the Node tree under / Application / Networker / Backup Pool, the volume count shows 0.
The new pools do show up in other reports, like Configuration / Backup Pool Configuration, but that does not show media count of course,
Note: On Networker GUI (NMC) you can see the new pools and the volumes on them.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
Could you run the Media Details report (can be found in the menu under Media Management, Details, All) and look at the entries for these 2 new volumes and see if the "Used" column contains 0?
If they do then I believe this is a bug which we have seen recently (Bug DPA-8896) and fixed in DPA 5.8 which was released on Tuesday (31st May). The bug was that we were incorrectly only including volumes in the count that had a used size, and would therefore be ignoring these volumes. This has been corrected in DPA 5.8 to count on the Volume ID field instead.
Kind Regards
David

Yes, they are not used volumes on those new pools, therefore I think we are facing the bug you mentioned.
We had plans to migrate to 5.7.1, but we will migrate to 5.8 instead.
Thank you very much again, for your support.
