How to manually start the DPA agent service in Windows (not on the App server)

Installing the DPA agent on a Windows system so we can use DPA to monitor MSSQL jobs running under DDBEA/DDboost, but I can't seem to figure out the DPA service commands.

The following shows up multiple times in the DPA document, but I can't seem to find the instructions that actually describe how to manually start the DPA Agent:

Do not start DPA Agent service - this option prevents starting of the DPA Agent service after installation.
If you select this option, you must manually start the DPA Agent from the command line.

(yes - I decided not to start the DPA service; that was probably the first mistake)

Anyone have any insight about this? All comments/feedback appreciated - thanks.
