DPA "on demand" reporting question

Is there a way to run a report ad hoc in DPA without having to edit the report (Report Jobs) or having to
populate the scope (Report Templates)?

In Report Jobs, it would appear that the only way to run a scheduled report "on demand" instead of at its
scheduled time is to edit the report, and then click "Save and Test" to have the report run. This is
probably the most workable solution I have found, but as with anything involving edit capability, one
runs the risk of accidentally making an unintended change and saving that version. Is there any way to
have a selected scheduled report "run now" without having to implement the edit function?

In Report Templates, one can certainly preview a report at any time, which of course qualifies as "on
demand", but every time one does so, the scope and time period need to be specified. And of course, if
one creates a report job, that includes the scope and time period - but as mentioned in the previous
paragraph, that can't be run "on demand".

All comments/feedback appreciated - thanks.
