Worst Costumer Service Ever Experienced

This is such a horrible experience with dell,

When I got my new laptop it had dents on it so I opted for exchange , and they took that dented laptop and it had been more than a month now I’m still waiting for my exchanged laptop, 
My first point is, when I opted for exchange , and you guys didn’t had sufficient inventory for some parts , you should have let me know at that very movement before accepting my exchange, that it will take more than a month to exchange your laptop, will notify you whenever we are back on our inventory and then you can exchange , this is the way !! You guys took my laptop saying that you will be delivering the new one In a week , then you said due to inventory issue you will take more than 15 days(3rd July) and now I got this main saying than it will be delivered after 15th of Julywhich is more than month, which is ridiculous !
Secondly, you all have worst customer service I have ever experienced, No one ever called me to inform about the delay , and in the initial period, no one even emailed me. And every time I call you guys, I’m told that they will have there manager or supervisor calling me back tomorrow and trust me this has happened at least for 5 times that they have promised me a call back , but no one calls me back! 
So that’s another frustrating thing 
And I just checked on your website , you have other models of Inspiron 16 2 in 1 available, which may be bit better, and as shortage of inventory is non of my concern, and already I been waiting since a month with horrible Costemer service, I think you should send that giving me a bit complimentary upgrade cause you are out of inventory and I been waiting more than a month now!
