Warranty transfer.

Hello,

I own an M18R2 and have initiated the warranty transfer process from the US to India. This was done 14 days back. The transfer request number is 4BEA5D2C-9BD8-4A5C-9FB1-95D5467B96A3.

I was unable to track its status so I tried to create a service request on Dell's India website(my keyboard isn't working) and was successfully able to create a request. My queries-

1. Has my warranty/ownership transfer been completed?

2. The request that I have made on Dell India's website, will it be honoured? Service request- <Your private information was removed from this public post. DELL-Admin>.
