Urgent Assistance Required for Misdelivered Dell G15 Laptop - Immediate Investigation Needed

Dear Dell Support Team,

I am writing to request your urgent assistance in resolving a significant issue concerning the delivery of my Dell G15 laptop. On April 23, 2024, I purchased this laptop through the Dell website, opting for delivery to my hotel. Unfortunately, the address provided for delivery was inexplicably changed to an entirely non-existent location.

UPS, the carrier contracted by Dell for this delivery, delivered my laptop to an unauthorized and incorrect address. A person named "Fabricio," whom I do not know and never authorized to receive my package, accepted the delivery. According to Dell's tracking system, the laptop was marked as delivered to an address that does not exist.

After personally speaking with Fabricio, he informed me that he returned the package to the sender (Dell). Subsequently, I contacted UPS, who advised that Dell must initiate an investigation into this matter.

For the past two months, I have been tirelessly trying to resolve this issue with Dell. Despite numerous attempts, each Dell representative I spoke with, including Shane M and J Sree P, has failed to take appropriate action, instead passing the problem to others. I have kept records of all these communications. I urge Dell to initiate a formal investigation with UPS immediately. It is illegal and unacceptable to mark a product as delivered when it was not.
