Unfair customer treatment

I ordered a laptop on 12 Jun which i

got the delivery date as Jun 15. The delivery date is kept on changing and I’m being told that my order will ship today every time I contact. I tried canceling the order and the customer care told me that the order can’t be canceled but I have to return. I will be out of country and can’t return on time or no one is there to do behalf of me.  This is the worse nightmare and seems new scam to me.

how can

uou help me in cancel my order????

Is it another eyewash? Nothing happened after sharing the details. Is this how you handle your customers? leaving customers stranded and have them struggle to get through this.. Way to go Dell!  Hope someone higher up sees these messages to act accordingly.
