Unable to cancel duplicate order
Ordered Aurora R16 PC. Had neither confirmation email from Dell nor credit card got charged. Thought something went wrong. Ordered the same again after few minutes. Same response! Got 2 emails from Dell after 3 hours that both orders were received. No info on Dell online account. After 9 hours Credit card got charged twice confirming my both orders. Received confirmation emails from Dell and could also see them in Order history in Dell account. Now I can't cancel the duplicate order. Says "You need permission to request cancellation for this order. Contact your account admin."

After getting a confirmation email from Dell, I was able to cancel the duplicate order. Probably weekend should have have affected the Dell's response as I made the initial order on Saturday.
