Terrible Customer Service From Advanced Resolutions

Extremely frustrated with the customer services provided by the advanced resolutions group by Dell. I have a dell xps 7590, that has faced issues several issues from the time I've purchased the laptop. This time, I have had an unusable laptop for almost 3 months now without much help from Dell. My laptop is facing an LCD related issue where there would randomly be colored lines displayed on my laptop with the laptop becoming unusable. The advanced resolutions guy on my case - Rakesh G has been extremely unhelpful and rude. A service tech has come by three times at this point without fixing my laptop that I paid around $2500 for with warranty. I tried asking Rakesh to talk to a supervisor but was told repeatedly that he's the highest point of contact I can have. When I asked to talk to someone in Canada as I am situated in Canada, I was told that they have no representatives here which I found a bit ridiculous for a company like Dell. Just super disappointed with the customer service provided as I'm going to have to purchase a new laptop when my current one is under warranty due to the incapability of Dell to provide an adequate solution.

Update = Resolved-After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a system exchange.
