Tech support not able to fix the problem on the brand new system

I've ordered new XPS system, and since the beginning it was making clicking noise from the power supply during the gaming. Issue was detected and reported first while it was in the return window, but I followed Dell's suggestion to try fixing it. Over 2 months now, there has been been 2 attempts by Dell to fix it, last one replacing practically everything inside, and the issue still remains. It looks like the hardware and PSU does not really match, and nothing can fix that. It has been going for over 2 months already and obviously computer was not useful.

It is pretty much looks like an "unfixable" configuration to me, kind of a lemon on car. So, I would like to find someone on the Dell side who can actually take a look and make a decision about this case, instead of simply suggesting to set computer for another roundtrip. It will be much easier for both of us, instead of going back and forth.

Any suggestions how to get the right contact as Dell with authority to make decisions?

Anyone has the similar experience?
