Purchase not Acknowledged

I purchased an Inspiron 7000 desktop PC online via my Dell account on August 7. The charge appeared on my credit card the following day, in the "pending" category, and changed to "confirmed" on August 10. Although the payment has been credited to Dell, I have not received an acknowledgment of the purchase via email and my Dell account reflects no recent purchases. What should I do next?

Check your junk mail folder for missing emails. Call Dell directly for help.
