Poor Customer service

I ordered a desktop and it stopped working on day 38. They will not let me return it, customer service has promised call backs that never happen and the computer still isn’t fixed. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Call Technical Support, not customer service.  The return window ends 30 days following the date of shipment.
