Pending charge cancelled.

I ordered a monitor a week ago, it was set to deliver 3 days after purchase but got delayed to 16 day shipping. 7 days in (now) my pending charge was put back in my account. I just want you to take my money so I can finally get my monitor. if i have to private message please include how because i cant seem to figure it out but i see that's a common answer to other comments. I have a support ticket, wormlisp@gmail.com where someone claimed they would send a request to expedite my shipping (again..) and give me a $15 coupon but the only update ive gotten since then was my pending charge being cancelled. thank you in advance to whoever helps find a solution, dell or not

One of two things happened:

1.  Dell can't supply the item within whatever is the time period for cancellations in your location, and canceled the order or 

2.  The order has been delayed beyond the original time (in that case you should have been contacted as to whether you agree to the delay or not).

You'll need to call to find out what happened.

@ejn63​ i called a few times and best i could get with the options i had was the automated system leading me to "for order status check dell.com/orders, goodbye." so i guess i just gotta wait?
