PC no boot, lost data

1. My PC did not boot up
2. The Engineer who attended did a mistake and I lost my data due to his mistake
3. I am expecting a huge compensation from Dell. But still Dell Senior team has not responded.
4. They said battery has gone. They charged me extra money for visit where I had premium support.
5. Yet to hear on refund.
6. Since 20 days, Dell Engineers are coming and doing half work and are escaping.
7. No Seriousness at all. None has rectified.
8. I have been sitting in front of PC calling them from 9.00 am till 6.00 pm everyday.
9. They just call for a second when my line is busy and suddenly drop an email stating that I was not reachable. Really Pathetic.
10. Engineers are happily working from HOME, Actually WORK FOR HOME.
11. I do not know in what way and what words to use on them.

My issue is still open with Dell. Horrible service. They are the worst team I have ever seen.

Surprised where Dell has reached its service. They are sending me one PCB wrapped in a Plastic Envelop for replacement instead on sending me a sealed box cartoon from Dell. Pathetic.
