Paypal

Hi, I tried several times to process payment via Paypal within the option  of 3 instalments without success. I have been in contact to Paypal Call Center where the issue has been resolved, cleaned! I tried again, again and again BUT the same problem still there. My credit card works properly within Paypal registered account and for any other online payments and money transfer. I don't know how to come to the end to finalize my order, all times  blocked by the system for this type of buy. I hope you can come back to me with the working  solution!!!! Regards.
