Order tracking query

Hi,

I wonder what the status of my ordered Alienware m15 R7. I was told that it has been shipped on the Augest 21 and Syncreon estimated the delivery date to be 31st of August. However, I have been tracking my order in the last few days and there is no information updated at all.  Could you please check for me what happened to my order?
