Order nor found

I placed an order that gave me a dell purchase ID and also said that an order acknowledgment has been sent. Still didn’t get any order confirmation and every time I try to track my order to see if it’s confirmed it doesn’t let me! 
this is so frustrating cause the support chat doesn’t let you talk with an actual person nor report an issue. And I need to know if I am going to be charged or not!
