Order canceled without notification

I am extremely upset and disappointed at the Dell Customer Service.  I placed an order for a Bose Headphone on 7/16 at a lower price.  I received an email confirmed the order and was advised that I will receive another email when the order is shipped.  Two weeks later, I still have not heard back from Dell.  I just logged into my account today and the order is canceled by Dell for no apparent reasons.  The chat agent was not useful.  They advised that the order was canceled because of various reasons and that I need to call the verification department for clarification.  I have already confirmed my address.  The credit card was the same one that I have placed previous orders on.  Dell is not taking responsibility of their action.  The order was canceled because they did not want to honor the price and is now giving me the run around.  I tried calling the verification department, which is closed.  What kind of customer service is this?  And your supervisor cannot just over-ride and replace an order that was canceled by your system, without notifying the buyer?  I am extremely upset.
