No order confirmation email yet.
I ordered an Alienware M15 R7 Intel Variant with 165Hz panel, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, 3060 6GB via Dell website on Friday 8, 2022 at around 10PM.
Payment was cleared from my side since it was net banking, plus received Order Acknoledgement email.
However, as of now, the order section shows "Received By Dell" and not confirmed.
Why does it take so long to confirm an order when the item is in stock?

There is no "stock". Systems are built to order.
And it can take up to three business days to confirm an order.
