no confirmation

I ordered the Aurora R16, with 14th gen i9 CPU and the RTX 4090 GPU today, December 1st, 2023. My charge shows as successfully charged to my credit account but my order still hasn't been confirmed by end of day. I've never had this problem before. Not sure what to do, thinking about cancelling the order but I really don't want to do that, I want to keep my order. I have twice tried to contact support with no response.
