Never received DFS account number or bill
I ordered a laptop with financing. I never received my account number or bill. I've tried to reach out to DFS customer support but my messages have gone unanswered/they've been flat-out ignoring me for the last month. I know the first bill is going to be due any day now (or was already due) and I'm beside myself on what to do. I don't want late fees, and I can't make myself available to call them during the day because the nature of my employment forbids calls.
