Need replacement laptop in one week

HI Team, 

Thanks for creating a case for me, but what's the use? I need a replacement of my laptop in 2 or 3 days (at least within one week). Please try to understand the problem, laptop is not even turning on at all and I just purchased it only 15 days before. Due to your wrong production from DELL, why do I have to suffer? Please help me with that. Am not a guy who has huge money., I am just a middle class guy who can afford a laptop with an EMI. I am freelancing, if I am not working I will not get paid for those days, without a laptop I can't think about my life. I need to pay 7k for my laptop EMI, if you take 30 to 40days for a laptop replacement, who will afford all this. Still am not sure , Dell is a one of the big giant in technologies, but still not able to help customers. I will be available in Bangalore for only next week, after that I am moving to my native place Thiruchendur, please help me before I leave.
