My order is not accepted
Hi,
I tried to order a laptop on the Dell website. It let's me configure it, let's me go to the check-out page where i enter my delivery adres and credit card.
When i click "Continue" i get an error message saying: "Unfortunatly we are having problems processing your order. Try again."
When i try again it gives the same error and i can't contact sales support since there is no registered order.
Anyone knows how i can make my purchase?

What country are you in? Since the failure occurs after you enter your address and credit card, perhaps your country is unsupported or there is a problem with your credit card.
I suggest that you click on @DELL-Cares and send a Private Message requesting assistance. They may be able to find a solution for you. Post back here to let us know what happened.

I got in touch with a belgian dell departement (apparently there is no Belgian Sales departement) and they told me that it's probably either the website or my creditcard. But they weren't sure since they couldn't check anything
My creditcard was the problem. I used someone else their creditcard and the order went through.
No idea why but the site kept refusing my creditcard even though it's valid till 2025.

Hi,
For starters ty for the reply.
I'm on the Belgian Dell site and want the purchase sent to my adres in Belgium so i don't think that is the problem. And i hope it's not with the Credit card since the site doesn't offer any other payment options that i have available.
I've sent a message to @DELL-Cares and are awaiting their reply, thanks for the advice.

@DELL-Carestold me to contact sales. But the "chat with sales" option doesn't do anything and there is no messenger option or such. For the "Help with your order" option i first need to make an order to select it to get help with it, and since not being able to place an order is the issue that option doesn't work either. So for now i'll await tomorrow's business hours and hope i can contact them.
