My DFS account is on hold?
I tried to order something form Dell yesterday and it went through and after a few minutes they said that my they can't process my order.They put my Dell Preffered account on hold too due to verification issues.I called the number they gave me i gave her some information and still can't do anything about it because i can't remember the old telephone number i have she said they will verify it a different way but did'nt do anything about it im really disappointed with this verification thing.

A verification hold cannot be bypassed. You must speak with DFS (Dell Financial Services), address any issues and then place a new order if needed.
You must contact the DFS Verification Department by calling 1-866-821-0267. Failure to contact them within 1 business day may result in cancellation of your order. To expedite the handling of your call, please ensure that you have your order number(s) when calling.
