My DFS account is on hold? #2

I had a bad experience with DFS (Dell Financial Services). I happened the following day December 3. I decided to buy a game laptop and chose to pay with financing, all right until that second, that same day I got an email where I said my account was in hold and then call a number of DFS. They asked me the social security and they sent me a code to my phone and I gave it to them, everything was fine for me since they were verifying something, but the days and days go by and nothing of my laptop. I went back and this is helped by a person who speaks English well and after putting me in hold more than 5 times and nobody answered I did the same, they asked me for social and telephone and we did the same as the first. Once and according to my friend, and now they tell me that they are going to send a letter to the address with a code so that I can call them and give them to them. It seems to me something ridiculous and hopefully the supposed letter arrives to see if I can have my laptop or cancel the order. I did not think that a company with such popularity is so bad in customer service, the best thing they do is not finance anything if they are so bad in their work. If someone can answer me I would appreciate it. Greetings and good parties.

Thank you for your message. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We strive to provide a great purchase experience for all of our customers. I regret we missed the mark in your case.

An account will need to be verified for multiple reasons & at times if the initial verification does not go through there may be a 2nd verification that may be required.
