Multiple Issues with Dell Inspiron 15 3511

Dear Dell Customer Support,

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the numerous issues I have experienced with my Dell Inspiron 15 3511 laptop within the first three months of purchase.

Initially, I faced motherboard issues, which were addressed by replacing the motherboard. However, the pendrive provided by the technician contained the wrong OS (Windows 11 Pro) despite my system supporting Windows 11.

Subsequently, I encountered sound issues, with the speaker not working. After multiple technician calls, I was informed that the speaker needs replacement, which will take another week or so.

Furthermore, when I upgraded from Windows 11 Pro to Windows 11, as advised by one of your technicians, all Microsoft apps (Office, PowerPoint, etc.) were removed, and now nothing is working.

I have been patient and cooperative throughout this ordeal, but the persistent issues and lack of effective solutions are unacceptable. I request immediate attention to resolve these problems and provide a satisfactory experience.

Please expedite the necessary actions to address these issues and prevent further inconvenience. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
