Monitor support (lack there of) U4021QW

I moved my three-month-old monitor across the room. When I went to turn it back on, it was a gray screen for the longest time. If finally opened and the upper right corner has a pixel issue.  I called Dell support. I got the run around to four different offices. One customer service rep told me to bring it to Best Buy because they had "Dell authorized" technicians and can fix it. I brought it there and they laughed! Best Buy does not fix monitors. Dell tells me it is not covered by the warranty because I cracked the screen. The screen is not cracked, and to top it off, now it won't turn on at all. I have been on the phone and chatting with Dell for two days, and there has been no customer service. I cannot even get a copy of my warranty to see what it says. This is crazy. I just spent $1400 on this monitor, and they are blaming me for the issue (without even seeing the thing) and will give no help other than to refer me to sales to buy a new one. This is ridiculous!! I want a new monitor or my money back, and I need to see what is written in my warranty.  Why would I ever want to buy a Dell product again?

@ejn63 This appears to be consumer terms of sale, not the warranty for my monitor.

Full warranty terms here

The moderator has posted your images -- the screen is indeed physically damaged, so the repair is outside the warranty terms (Dell does not repair monitors, nor will most shops undertake a repair either, in part because most of the cost of a monitor is the screen, because the parts are generally unavailable, and because monitors are very difficult to disassemble).

You may be able to source the screen yourself on ALI Express, but note that it's a risky venture -- just about no suppliers will take back a screen once it's been shipped, so be sure you understand the risks if you choose to replace the screen.
