Money charged from my credit card.

I bought a DELL Laptop Inspiron and an earbud on November 27. The price was charged to my credit card in full. I was ordering as a guest on the website not via an account. I did not subscribe to anything warranty/monthly fees or anything at all and I see no details about that in my emails/laptop. To my surprise, on December 10, 2022, my credit card was charged $150 by Dell. I did not receive any invoice and I did not purchase anything. I did not receive any notification, just the money was charged to my account. I contacted sale support but they did not resolve it. They asked me to contact customer service. However, when I search for customer service on the website, only automatic suggestion (mostly ads)appears. I need an explanation why my account was charged without my consent and I need my money back. Thank you.

Any unauthorized charge on an account:  contact your credit card provider and file a charge-back.

Let them handle the issue with Dell.
