Inspiron Review

I cannot find a way to leave a review, as my dell is dead, but I need to let people know what dell is doing. 

I have had this computer for just over a year. Less than two months after the warranty expiring the mother board gave out causing the computer to be unusable. Since the warranty had expired I was quoted a minimum $300 repair bill to fix the computer, that again was only 1 year and two months old. Dell was unwilling to come down on the repair cost despite the issue being a hardware malfunction in what should still be considered a new computer. My company will no longer be doing business with dell with the expectation that a yearly $300 bill may be in order to keep our computers functioning.

I recommend that you do not do business with dell either. 

The fact that a company that preaches quality can have such a glaring hardware issue so soon after purchase and has the gall to tell me that it is policy to charge for all repairs after warranty date, and it will only take 5-7 business days if I am willing to pay extra is ridiculous. 

If someone from dell would please reach out I need to be able to post my 1 star review to your review boards now that I know what type of machine and company I am dealing with.
