Inspiron 15 3511, worst service

I have purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3511 with 2gb graphic card at 63k INR in may 2022. That Laptop have many issues by day one. i managed that but after 3-4 months it starts heating too much and got lagging. i tell dell technical support they send engineer to my home and he changed some parts nothing happens to laptop after that they again send engineer and they changed whole motherboard. after changing that im using laptop normal usage suddenly it becomes dead. next day i call dell team for replacement. they are not hearing my issue. after 15-25 days they tell me to gave same model. i tell them to give me different model with same price because this model is unable to run my software and games and this model is faulty. i have seen many reviews but they are not listening me they always tell no one can help. I also tell them to refund my money but no reply from them. I'm very very unsatisfied with Dell service. Give me Different model that i want in same price or refund my whole money 63k INR so that i can buy new one for me

Buyer's remorse or failure to purchase a system suited to your needs is not grounds for refund or replacement.

This is an entry-level, low-end consumer grade notebook.  If you need something more capable, you have (or had) 30 days from shipment to return for refund.  At this point, sell the system for what you can get, and purchase something suited to your needs.

I think its not a big deal for Dell to provide me different model in replacement or refund my money back.



But you guys are wasting my too much time. I have spent 63k INR. My hard work money on this bad laptop model.

I have purchased this laptop from your retailer i tell him to gave me best graphic card laptop but he gave me this laptop because he is getting more profit on this laptop i think. At that time i don't have knowledge about graphic cards but now i have i trust blindly on your Authorised Retailer but now i visit the retailer store and he is getting very rude with me its not customer's fault its fault of your service.I suggest everyone to not to buy dell products. You are telling me that i have choose wrong laptop for me but its fault of your team and Authorised Retailers.

 

I need justice.

No one -- not Dell, and not a retailer, makes much on an entry level system.

It sounds more likely you provided the retailer with the price range you were looking to pay, and they recommended the system you purchased as meeting that price.

Since you purchased through a retailer, see what they're willing to do in terms of a trade-up;  the sale had nothing to do with Dell.   

If you walk into a car dealership with $25,000 to spend, you'll be quoted a price for a Toyota Corolla or a Honda Civic -- not a BMW 3-series or a Lexus.

No No i tell him to gave me laptop about 70k range but he gave me Both laptops have same price almost Dell g15 i5 65k and this one 63k something. Tell me now whose mistake is this. You guys are just proving me wrong because you are unable to satisfy a customer but but I'm not a fool if you are unable to provide me service then say it clearly Don't waste time. I have trust on Dell when I'm purchasing this but now you changed my mind. Please provide me my money back or gave me different model in same price. I can pay you difference amount of DELL G15 i5 it only what i can do. your Inspiron 15 model got fully dead in just 4 months after two time repair from your side. Please take this dead laptop from me and give me different one.

He is not my seller he is your Authorised seller by the way. He is very rude guy he doesn't have sense to talk. Wow Dell Wow your team have best skills in proving customers wrong. Appreciated.

Okay Fine but give me an updated and upgraded laptop like upgraded Ram or SSD etc. For wasting my almost a month.
