I got scammed by the DFS

I opened an account with DFS financing a laptop few years ago. Since then, I set up an monthly auto-payment and never missed a single one. Around nov last year, they stopped taking my auto payment. I didn't notice it, and then they sold my account to a debt collecting agency. I called them and they blamed my bank for that? There is nothing wrong with my bank as I have been using the same account for other auto payments. Now, my credit score has gone down like crazy and how much more fees and debts they added into it? It is a shame for a big company like dell scamming their customer like that. I am very upset and disappointed. I have been using dell and alienware for a long time but now I will never buy anything from them again .

hi. Last Friday, I received a message from Dell Cares stating that I would be contacted within a few days. However, I still haven't received any phone calls or emails. Could you please let me know what number I can call for help, besides the one for Comenity?

I don't know what I did to end up in this situation. My credit has been completely ruined by Comenity. As you can see from this forum, many customers have also become victims, not just me. Please help, as I can't afford for my credit to worsen any Thanks

Hi,

Two weeks ago, someone from the DellCare team sent me a message saying I would be contacted in a few days regarding the problem with comenity bank, and then closed the conversation. Until now, nothing has happened. Just like many customers here, my credit has been significantly impacted due to their deceptive business practices. And the Dell team acts like they know nothing about what comenity bank is doing to their customers? Please be careful, people. While you are still in business with this bank, you never know when you will become a victim. DellCare team, please let me know if you are going to help me in this matter or not. I am tired of waiting now.
