I am experiencing poor customer service
I bought a Dell Desktop for my son in Sep 2020 for Rs.32,000. From Nov 2021 PC performance was slow. I raised my first service ticket with Dell) they replaced some part, but still the issue persisted. After that I was away to my hometown and couldn't raise a ticket with Dell. On 8th Jul 2022 I have raised a issue with Dell and below are the irritating things that happened.
[Note]: PC was used my 7 year old kid for his schooling during COVID time, there is no apps used in this.
1. Communication happened over 10 emails.
2. Asked to replace the SSD and RAM with the cost of Rs.21,912. If Rs.32,000 PC needs to be upgraded with Rs,21,912 hardware, within a year then what kind of product Dell is selling?
3. I trusted Dell and paid Rs.21,912 believing that parts will be replaced and my PC performance will be good.
4. After parts replacement, the performance was still the same poor, I replied the same in the email. Dell person emailed me back whether OS was reinstalled, as SSD was changed. Do you want the customer to know that OS needs to be changed? Will any one from an non-techie background know this? This was not informed to me earlier, as after hardware there will be performance issue and software needs to be changed. if you informed then I might not chosen you.
5. Dell sent me 4 page OS installation process, if anything went wrong then I need to do it from starch again. Or he is asking me to reach out to Dell service center and do the OS change for Rs.1,000. I already paid Rs.21,912 for this issue and you are asking me to pay again?
6. Dell will not send any person to fix the issue, even after I paid Rs.2,000 for Technician charges. What kind of product and service you are providing. I have paid Rs.51,000 and still the PC is not working. Take the parts and give my Rs.21,912 back I will get a new PC else where, else send a technician to fix the issue and make the PC work.
Felling worst for Choosing Dell.

This Inspiron 3471 was purchased with only one 4GB ram stick so of course performance will suffer. Once you upgraded the ram to 16GB and installed the SSD, you will need to reinstall the operating system. Dell does not send out onsite technicians to install the operating system.
