How to locate customer number?

I'm having some difficulty locating my customer number. I have my order confirmation e-mail, and I'm trying to retrieve a copy of my invoice. That requires me to have my customer number. However, the customer number is not located in my order confirmation e-mail, and when I try to use the customer lookup tool, it says no records were found.

I have an order number, a Dell Purchase ID, and obviously all of my billing and contact information. How can I find a customer number? I'd appreciate some assistance. Thank you!

Under your name click on "Account Settings", then you'll see Account Setting again, and to the right you'll see a hyperlink called "Customer Numbers", click on it. Then at the top of the page you'll see your number. Don't get distracted by the boxes below that ask for that same number.
