The Dell Out of Warranty services team does not use email.

@DELL-Chris M

Hi,

This is not about a repair issue but rather about misleading information regarding the warranty.

I need to send an email to a representative about the warranty terms.

I do not see a way to email UK Support.

Once the DELL-Cares team creates a Case for this through the Forum, they would communicate with you via private Chat, but not email.

The case creation is automatic when the DELL-Cares agent replies to you.

The support whatsapp is tech support, how can highlight my case to warranty and legal department? as the tech support is clueless in this case and keep saying same thing over and over..

Warm regards Kimberley

* Click DELL-Cares
* On right scroll down to, "Send this user a direct message"
* Provide to them your private information (Service Tag, Order number, etc.) and your question about misleading information regarding the warranty
