Faulty laptop

I *just* got my laptop this summer and have only been using it out of the box since the end of September. It's outside the 30 day return window, but my laptop is incredibly glitchy. I find this unacceptable for a brand new laptop. 

I'd like to return for a refund please.

Similar pleads being made from users before.  Dell makes no exception to return for refund rules.
