Dell UK, no trade in program

Dear Dell Customer Support,

I am writing to express my disappointment that Dell does not offer a trade in program for the UK market. I have noticed that similar programs are available in other regions, and I believe that offering this service in the UK would be beneficial to many loyal customers like myself. As a long time user of Dell products, it’s disheartening to see that this option isn’t available to help us upgrade our devices in a more sustainable and cost effective way. I would appreciate it if you could pass along this feedback to the relevant team, and I hope Dell will consider implementing a trade-in program for UK customers in the near future.
