Dell Laptop being returned to sender
I ordered a laptop to be shipped to a coworkers house, however she missed the delivery window and UPS says it's being shipped back to the sender. But I see that it's been stalled at the UPS center near her house for two weeks. I can't get in touch or on the phone with anyone from Dell to sort this issue out. Nor have we been provided a refund. Who can I speak with to ensure my coworker gets her laptop or we get our money back?
