Dell, I do not TRUST

I have purchased PC All in One for Business Use with 5.4Ghz. I was socket when Sage Application was not running properly as it has 1.8Ghz and sage need minimum 2.4Ghz. When I have spoken after many attempts via sales team; they mention that its up to 5.4Ghz. I was surprised how Dell is advertising online 5.4Ghz and customer are buying with the impression that it has this speed! nDell refuse to take the PC back as I am business customer; I found that Camera is not working. Dell Tech Support took almost 18 days online to fix but no success and waisted my hours and hours for rebooting and installing drivers etc. Then their Tech Support Team decided to take my PC with a promise to return in 2 to 3 working days. But they took more then 10 days to replace just a camera? They send the PC back via DPS with a wrong sticker to swap the PC? And after waiting so many days; DPS refuse to give us PC as it has wrong label. Their customer care telephone has NO HELP. Their WhatApp number is a joke which is run by India Support and has no clue on each shift what's happening with customer complain. As a business man I lost so many hours to fix a small issue and will never and ever recommend to any one to Buy their All in One PC and with customer support NILL!
